Celebrating Baptism

The birth of a new child is a joyous and momentous occasion. New life always adds so much to our lives, our families as well as to our parish.

Baptism is the first sacrament that we receive in our Christian life. Through this gateway sacrament, our sins are cleansed and we are reborn as sons and daughters of God as we each take on Christ’s name as our primary mark of identification. Baptism marks us with an indelible mark making it all the more possible for God’s love to live on in and through us.
